Gimmick: Kingdom Star does not really have a set “gimmick” so to speak, as he claims to be in this business just to hurt people and look good while doing it. He can become quite obsessive over ending other wrestlers careers if he decides to target them.
Most common targets are people that he feels that they’re blatantly ripping off his own or other wrestlers moveset, ring names and gimmicks. This is due to his belief that there is no more originality in the wrestling business anymore and it is his quest to destroy anyone who blatantly rips off other wrestlers or himself. He strongly believes that he is the only original person in wrestling today and takes high offense to those who steals from him.
Biography “Bursting onto the scene” Kingdom Star started his career in 2012 under the ring name “The Royal Blood, Thomas King” and tried out for Forever A Movement’s blood test. That adventure didn't go well and K-Star decided to reinvent himself and came up with his new ring name “Kingdom Star” after feeling his old ring name was too generic and didn't stand out as much as he thought his new ring name did.
It was at this point in time that K-Star decided he needed to improve his ring work and sought out for independent promotions near his area that could help teach him the basics of in-ring work. This is where Kingdom Star found his first promotion in the International Wrestling League and his first actual teacher in Neil “N2E” Evans who gave him a chance.
K-Star finally received his first taste of national exposure with IWL and appeared on the first ever episode the promotion produced, winning the very first match on the card. This would be the first signs of K-Stars brutality as he destroyed his opponent in the match where it was so brutal that the episode was eventually pulled off, when the company went out of business shortly thereafter.
Shortly after the company going out of business K-Star met and befriended Setanta O’Shea who at the time was apart of rival company MCW. K-Star considers Setanta a mentor due to his wealth of knowledge in other styles and match psycology.
“Unemployment and depression.” Shortly after IWL became defunct K-Star attempted to run his own company called “KCW” (short for Knockout Championship Wrestling), due to his belief that this business needed more violence in it and his goal was for KCW to become an extreme alternative.
However the company went out of business before it could even take off due to K-Stars laziness, lack of financial support and lack of networks allowing to air the show due to the violence it was going to accommodate.
Due to this, and IWL becoming defunct, K-Star went through depression and became obese but still capable of performing in the ring. It was at this point in time that Anxiety, k-Star’s close friend at the time offerred him a leadership spot for his new company “NR-FW” (short for New Rapid-Fire Wrestling) this lifted K-Star out of depression and began picking up wrestling full-time again.
“Moving up North” Despite having a position of power in NR-FW, K-Star wasn’t satisfied with just one company. He wanted to expand and get his name out there, so he decided to travel up North where most of the best wrestlers in the country reside and hone their craft.
K-Star wanted to try out for big name wrestling companies Renegade Wrestling Union and CCE at the time, but was unable to get in contact with any people as they were not interested in try outs at the time.
K-Star decided that he had to hype himself up and challenged some well known people in the business to matches, names like Damon Venture, James O’Ryan and Matt Walker accepted K-Stars invitation.
“Present day: Joining ACE” Shortly after his move up north K-Star looked for some form of employment. After searching on YouTube and other websites K-Star finally found a place that looked promising to him and would accommodate his violent nature. ACE but more importantly the camp known as the Bloodhaven which was run by one of the biggest stars in Wrestling today, Devin Surefire.
K-Star knew how brutal Surefire is known for and he wanted to learn under him, so he got in contact with another camp leader in Damien MISERA and was offered a developmental contract with ACE and the Bloodhaven. This excited Kingdom Star as he knew this was his chance and opportunity to make a real splash and name for himself within the wrestling business.
